The QLA Doctor works closely with a qualified PE teacher to educate the students about making the right choices. So that living a healthy life style will improve the quality of their young lives. By focusing on education and providing our students with knowledge, QLA hopes all cadets will make the right choices once they leave our campus.

Eating healthy food is smart. There are several benefits: including decreased disease risk (e.g., high blood pressure, cardio vascular diseases), improved energy levels, and longer life expectancy. In addition to the risk of obesity-related health concerns, poor food choices could lead to other health concerns, like osteoporosis from inadequate calcium intake.

In response to our growing concerns over obesity we are focusing on establishing a healthy diet and limited access to fast and fried food. At QLA, we serve foods containing the right nutrition for students to grow.
